A licensed Naturopathic Physician with extensive advanced training in Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Wendy Penn has worked in healthcare in Phoenix for over 25 years. A long-time business owner, she is a graduate of Sonoran University of Health Sciences, Tempe, Arizona.
Dr. Penn’s passion is working with patients on reversing the signs of aging and improving skin conditions such as acne, melasma, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. Her favorite modalities include all-natural filler alternative Glow Gel, other injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, laser resurfacing treatments and minor surgery. Empowering patients to look and feel their best brings Dr. Penn the most gratification.
Dr. Penn is acting Medical Director for several regional med-spas. She enjoys mentoring medical students and teaching her customized advanced injection courses. Dr. Penn is an accomplished fused glass artist, loves gluten-free vegan baking, yoga and fast cars. Her two children, Kate and Will are the loves of her life.

Certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer for Dr. Wendy Penn, Stella has all your skin concerns covered. Still excels at keeping up with the latest innovations in the ever-changing medical laser industry and providing safe and effective laser treatments. Stella is an Arizona native who loves her cowboy boot collection, horses and all things that make skin glow. Stella is active in the community and fosters kittens with the Arizona Humane Society.

Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician, KK is dedicated to helping clients feel confident in their skin. After earning her degree in Business from Arizona State University, KK followed her true passion and began her journey in aesthetics. Having personally struggled with acne, she understands the emotional side of skincare and is committed to delivering results-driven treatments that build confidence. Born and raised in Arizona, KK loves spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and staying active at the gym. She strives to create a comfortable space where clients feel heard, cared for, and leave with a glow, inside and out.

Office Manager and Assistant to Dr. Penn, Erin has a background in healthcare, Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in Food & Nutrition Service Management. Erin grew up on a farm in the midwest. She is an accomplished cook and foodie who loves fitness and fashion. Her two beautiful children, Elyse and Lawson, are the greatest joy in her life. She can be heard with Dr. Penn as Co-host on the podcast "Glow Job."
