Summer Skin Detox

  1. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes.

  2. Double cleanse your face before bed every single evening.

  3. Add skin boosters into your routine by using effective serums. 

  • Vitamin C is particularly beneficial in protection from environmental damage by neutralizing free radicals that cause oxidative stress, which leads to premature aging and dull skin. 

  • We also recommend adding or switching to a Retinol product that is proven to be safe for summer heat and sun. Why?

    • Retinol speeds up skin cell production, which can remove dead skin cells and give skin a more even texture.

    • Retinol increases the production of collagen and elastin, which are proteins that give skin strength and elasticity. This can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, and give skin a plumper appearance.

    • Retinol can help unclog pores, which can improve acne.

    • Retinol can help reduce dark spots and even skin tone.

  1. Limit exfoliation to 1-2 times per week. 

  2. Don’t skip the SPF

  3. Hydrate your skin, even if you need to switch to a lighter moisturizer in the summer months. 

  4. Treat yourself to soothing masks 1-3 times per week.
